Site Coordinator

South Australia

Partnering with leading construction businesses to deliver high-performing teams.

An opportunity exists for a Site Coordinator to join a growing team delivering commercial fit-out projects across South Australia.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their construction experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, working closely with experienced Site Managers and Foremen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily site operations alongside the Site Manager and Foreman
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organised worksite
  • Assist with site inductions and weekly safety walks
  • Complete safety incident and site reports
  • Coordinate site access, signage, security, and amenities
  • Review drawings and assist with site setup
  • Manage deliveries and support site logistics
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination and daily work sequencing
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and diaries
  • Update project progress in systems such as Procore
  • Support defect rectification and project close-out

Skills & Experience:

  • Trade qualification or tertiary building degree
  • Understanding of EHSQ principles
  • Knowledge of construction processes and trades
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Project
  • Experience with Procore or similar systems, or willingness to learn
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Construction Industry Card
  • Experience in construction or fast-paced environments
