Partnering with leading construction businesses to deliver high-performing teams.

An opportunity is available for a Site Cadet to commence or further develop a career in construction within a supportive and hands-on environment.

You will work closely with experienced Site Managers and Foremen, gaining practical experience while contributing to the successful delivery of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Site Managers and Foremen with daily operations
• Assist in maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organised worksite
• Participate in site inductions and safety walks
• Complete basic safety and site reporting
• Assist with site setup, logistics, and deliveries
• Support subcontractor coordination
• Assist with drawings and project documentation
• Maintain site records and update project systems
• Support defect rectification and project close-out

Skills & Experience:

• Trade qualification or working toward a building or construction qualification
• Understanding of EHSQ principles
• Basic knowledge of construction processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Project
• Experience with Procore or willingness to learn
• Current Construction Industry Card
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Exposure to construction or fast-paced environments preferred
